CALCIUM/MAGNESIUM POWDER
with Vitamin D

The benefits of Calcium & Magnesium are well established and documented. Recently it has been shown that larger amounts of magnesium are needed in the combination, plus the addition of Vitamin D. The citrates seem to absorb and work even better when taken in a powder form and mixed with room temperature water. The powder is absorbed quicker and utilized more effectively than the tablets. Many people do not have sufficient enzymes to properly digest and utilize the tablets (another great reason to take Cool Zyme, Master Zyme, or Ultra Enzymes). As we age many of us are deficient in these important enzymes. We also do not receive all the benefits of the food we eat or supplements we take.

People who do not get a lot of sunshine, either because they don't get out much , or they live in northern climates.

Vegetarians - most of the vitamin D we consume comes from animal products and milk fortified with vitamin D, so vegetarians must ensure they are getting enough vitamin D.

Magnesium helps prevent: Depression • Dizziness • Twitching • Muscle weakness • Heart problems • High blood pressure • Protects the arterial lining from stress caused by sudden blood pressure changes

When taken with Vitamin B6, magnesium helps reduce and dissolve calcium phosphate stones. When taken in doses of at least 1,000 mg, it can help with constipation and help with many vital functions throughout the body. The recommended dosage is 1 - 2 tablespoons each day, taken in the morning and late evening.
