COLON HEALTH

Xing Ren (Apricot Seeds) Helps with lubrication and increases circulation in the intestine.
Bai Shao (White Poeny) Helps to stop spasms and excess water loss and also abdominal pain.
Hu Ma Ren (Flax Seeds) Lubricates and encourages bowel movement. Also a good source of fiber.
Da Huang (Rhubarb) A small amount is used to be an effective laxative. Zhi Shi (Aurantium) Breaks up stagnation in intestine for elimination.
Hou Po (Magnolia) Helps normalize digestion. Slippery Elm - The soother and healer in the body.
Gan Cao - Harmonizes the effect of other herbs.
